Great guide Mike! I use Compfight (A Flickr Search Tool) to find pictures. I believe first step (“search for your country”)obeys to them creating postcards (?)

Thanks for the link – will check out Compflight.
You’re correct, the first step for my guide is about making postcards to send from countries that they had imagined they had visited. This could be changed for whatever image you want to look for.
Gotcha! What I like about Compfight (Not CompfLight) is that you can choose Any license, CC, or Commercial pictures. If you need pictures for a blog or wiki and you are not going to adapt them you can copy the embed code and paste it in your post. Also, and this is a new feature, when you click on the picture you get this small window with different sizes to choose from.
